Terms of Service

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of the Edutecka website, applications, learning services, marketplace, events, seller tools, payments, credits and ED assistant.

By browsing, creating an account, purchasing an item or using a restricted feature, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and any specific conditions shown before an order or paid operation.

2. The Edutecka platform

Edutecka provides the technology and services that connect learners, educators, authors, infoproducers and organisations.

Courses, books, ebooks, templates, combos, events and other catalogue items may be supplied by Edutecka or by independent sellers. The responsible provider, format, price and access conditions are shown on the relevant offer or checkout.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials private and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you have reported a security incident and the platform is able to intervene. We may request verification and may restrict accounts that are inaccurate, compromised, abusive or unlawful.

4. Orders, payments and access

Prices, currency, taxes where applicable, payment method and the item included in an order are presented before confirmation. An order is completed only after the payment provider and Edutecka confirm the transaction.

Access to digital content or an event may depend on confirmed payment, entitlement, availability and the conditions of the specific offer. Failed, reversed, duplicated or disputed payments may suspend access while the transaction is investigated.

Cancellation, refunds and chargebacks follow the conditions shown in the offer or checkout, the payment provider rules and applicable law. Contact suporte@edutecka.com with the order reference when a payment or access problem occurs.

5. Digital content and events

A purchase gives you a personal, limited and non-transferable right to access the purchased content for the period and purpose stated in the offer. It does not transfer copyright or permission to redistribute the content.

Event dates, delivery format, instructors and availability may change for operational reasons. When a material change affects the purchased service, Edutecka or the responsible provider will communicate the available remedy according to the offer and applicable law.

6. Sellers and user submissions

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, authorship, quality, delivery and support of the content they submit, subject to the commercial terms agreed with Edutecka.

By submitting text, images, files, courses, products or other material, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and grant Edutecka the limited licence needed to host, process, display, promote, sell and deliver that material through the platform.

Edutecka may reject, suspend, remove or request changes to material that infringes rights, misleads users, violates these Terms or creates legal, security or quality risks.

7. Credits and AI operations

AI credits are a prepaid usage balance for eligible AI generation and editing operations. They are not money, a deposit, a payment instrument or a guarantee that a requested result will be produced.

Assistant conversations and platform support are free. An explicit generation, image, ebook, design or editor operation may consume credits according to the usage and conditions shown by the platform. Unused reserved credits may be returned when a generation finishes or is cancelled, as described in the AI Usage Policy.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review outputs before publishing, selling, teaching, making decisions or relying on them.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the platform to commit fraud, violate the law, impersonate another person or interfere with another user’s account.
• Upload or distribute material that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, invasive of privacy, infringing or harmful.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass access controls or use automated activity that harms the platform or other users.
• Use AI features to generate harmful content, confidential disclosures, unlawful instructions or high-stakes decisions without appropriate human review.
• Create calendar events or meeting links for spam, fraud, harassment or any other abusive purpose, or connect third-party accounts you are not authorized to use.

9. Intellectual property

Edutecka and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, branding, interfaces, documentation and original materials. Sellers and other contributors retain rights in their own submissions, subject to the licences required to operate the platform.

You may use purchased content only within the licence and access conditions stated for that content. Copying, reselling, public redistribution, account sharing or removal of rights notices is not allowed unless expressly authorised.

10. Availability and third-party services

The platform depends on hosting, networks, payment providers, storage, communications services and AI providers. Temporary outages, delays, maintenance or provider failures may occur.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Edutecka is not responsible for terms or failures outside its reasonable control, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, address non-payment or enforce these Terms. We will use reasonable efforts to preserve access to entitled purchases where legally and technically possible.

You may stop using the platform and request account-related assistance through suporte@edutecka.com. Account closure does not erase transaction, fraud-prevention or legally required records that must be retained.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the platform, law or business model changes. The updated version will show a new date. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate platform channel when required.
